1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777cf platform available at https://777cf.app (hereinafter "777cf", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777cf Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 777cf platform. Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The 777cf platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You confirm that providing false information about your age or identity during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any legal remedies 777cf may pursue.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one active 777cf account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cf login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 777cf support immediately at support at 777cf.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777cf will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any point during the account lifecycle when requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and payment method details. 777cf reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777cf may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method. This may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), bank statement, or JazzCash/Easypaisa account confirmation. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777cf currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The availability of specific methods may vary without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

The 777cf platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary account currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements. Typical processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa — within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) — 1 to 4 hours during normal banking hours; USDT — 10 to 30 minutes subject to network conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cf platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 777cf or its licensed game suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from 777cf is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: interruption of service, data loss, game result disputes, delays in payment processing, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.

777cf's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11. Amendments to Terms

777cf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777cf is licenced. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 777cf's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified in the 777cf licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777cf from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
